Burrowes Insurance is seeking motivated Personal Lines sales professionals in Florida. The role involves presenting and selling Home and Auto policies to new and existing clients, and building tailored plans based on client needs.

Candidates should have an active Florida P&C license and established referral relationships with Realtors or mortgage professionals, plus strong sales and communication skills to thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Active Florida Property & Casualty license (440/220/2044).
• Experience selling Personal Lines: Home and Auto.
• Established referral relationships with Realtors, mortgage professionals, or similar sources.
• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Burrowes Insuranceis looking for bright, talented, professional,Personal Linessales-mindedproducers for our independent insurance agency.Our need is for licensed insurance Agents who have lead referral sources (Realtors, Mortgage Agents, Etc.) that referclients to themwho have a need for HOME Insurance.The agency will provide a wide variety of HOME / AUTO / FLOOD / ETC. carriers for our agents to compete inthe marketplace. In addition, our customer service units will handle all servicing and renewal quotes for the agents.
