Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Sales Director, Select, to lead a team of Sales Executives across territories and drive growth through strategic planning and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have eight or more years in insurance marketing and sales, plus leadership experience and CIC certification (or willingness to pursue). Expect frequent collaboration with Product, Underwriting and Operations, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business or related field.
• Eight or more years of insurance marketing and sales leadership experience.
• Two or more years leading a team of employees.
• Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Select, train and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and growth.
• Coordinate sales planning and quarterly performance reviews.
• Oversee development and implementation of advanced sales strategies.
• Own assigned territory and develop business strategy with performance metrics.
