Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of health care/medical sales/service experience preferred.
• Maintain a valid OR life/health insurance license.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a complex environment with high accuracy and work volume.

Responsibilities

• Drive for results to exceed monthly/annual sales targets.
• Prospect brokers for new sales opportunities and cultivate broker relationships.
• Lead brokers through the entire sales cycle from quote to implementation.
• Develop and conduct structured training sessions on product knowledge and tools.
• Participate in industry events to generate new agency leads and opportunities.
