Job summary

Warner Pacific Insurance Services seeks a results-driven Executive Sales Consultant to drive new group submissions, broker growth, and member acquisitions. You will train brokers on products and tools, develop marketing plans, and manage outbound and inbound calls to active and high-potential brokers.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in insurance sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and reside near San Antonio.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Insurance Sales experience (preferred).
• Texas life/health license (preferred).
• Must reside in or near the San Antonio area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain frequent and effective contact with brokers to increase sales across product lines.
• Prospect inactive brokers to generate new opportunities and revenue.
• Provide product and technology training for brokers and brokerage staff.
• Conduct training seminars/webinars describing Warner Pacific tools and opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing materials and support to brokers and teams.
