Warner Pacific Insurance Services is seeking an Executive Sales Consultant in the San Antonio area to achieve sales goals through new group submissions, broker growth plans, and member acquisitions. You will engage brokers with effective sales techniques and provide product and technology training.

Responsibilities include maintaining broker relationships, prospecting new opportunities, leading seminars/webinars, and coordinating with marketing to develop materials.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Insurance Sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and think strategically.
• Must reside in or near the San Antonio area.

Responsabilités

• Maintain frequent contact with brokers and build active selling relationships to increase sales of all product lines.
• Prospect new or inactive brokers to find sales opportunities.
• Provide product and technology training for brokers and brokerage staff.
• Make outbound and follow-up calls to brokers and potential clients.
• Conduct training seminars/webinars describing Warner Pacific’s tools and opportunities.
