Applicants should have or be willing to obtain P&C and Life & Health licenses; prior sales or service experience is a bonus. Training and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Vietnamese fluency is required to serve customers.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license; Life & Health license if possible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to transition from service to sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to existing clients and prospects.
• Analyze client insurance needs and recommend State Farm products.
• Identify sales opportunities and blend service with sales conversations.
• Follow up on inbound leads and maintain client records in CRM.
