Ngoc Phung - State Farm Agent in California seeks an Inside Sales & Client Service Representative to help clients with insurance options and growth. You will serve existing customers, identify sales opportunities, and manage relationships with strong Vietnamese communication.

Applicants should have or be willing to obtain P&C and Life & Health licenses; prior sales or service experience is a bonus. Training and licensing support are provided.

We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales & Client Service Representative to provide outstanding client service, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to our agency’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Provide personalized, attentive service to existing clients and prospects
• Analyze client insurance needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products
• Identify sales opportunities and pivot from service to sales conversations seamlessly
• Follow up on inbound leads and nurture relationships
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales and retention goals
• Support marketing and outreach efforts as needed

Who You Are

• Vietnamese Fluent
• Holds or is willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license (we cover exam costs and provide continuing education support)
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Comfortable transitioning from client service to sales discussions
• Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented
• Previous sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus but not required

• Hourly pay: $22 - $28 per hour (based on experience)
