Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local business owners, decision-makers, and individuals to understand their coverage needs.
• Present supplemental insurance options clearly and compassionately, helping clients make informed choices.
• Educate prospective policyholders on how Aflac products complement their existing benefits.
• Conduct enrollment meetings and assist employees in selecting plans that fit their circumstances.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide service, answer questions, and support claims when needs arise.
• Develop and manage your own client pipeline while participating in training and mentorship programs.
• Represent the Aflac brand with professionalism, integrity, and care within the Sioux Empire region.
