Farmers Insurance is seeking an Insurance Sales Associate to join our agency team. You will generate new business, tailor insurance solutions, and build lasting client relationships while contributing to the agency’s success.

With a focus on meeting goals, you will sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies, maintain client communications, and participate in ongoing training and mentorship designed to advance your sales career.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident making outbound calls, conducting sales conversations, and closing deals.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and apply coaching.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• A Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain the required license.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies.
• Consult with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication, customer support, and policy reviews.
• Work toward and achieve individual sales goals while contributing to agency growth.
• Stay informed about insurance products, services, and applicable compliance requirements.
• Use CRM tools to manage leads, track follow-ups, and monitor policy renewals.
• Participate in team meetings, sales training, and strategy sessions.
