Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Property & Casualty license required before starting; Life & Health licensing as milestones require.
• Coachable attitude and commitment to meeting goals.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers through calls, referrals, networking, and digital outreach.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
• Prepare quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales.
• Build lasting relationships with individuals, families, and business owners.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Work toward established production goals and program milestones.
• Complete required training through the University of Farmers.
• Collaborate with the Memphis district office to develop sales and business management skills.
• Follow applicable insurance regulations and company procedures.
