Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience, including sales or athletic background considered.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and grow client base.
• Schedule meetings and respond to inquiries via phone, email or text.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners and HR leaders.
• Develop and manage a personal client portfolio and sales targets.
• Record daily activity and sales results for management.
