Job summary

Confie Insurance is hiring an Insurance Agent to sell nonstandard auto insurance and related products to new and existing customers in Yuba City, CA. You will handle inbound leads, build lasting client relationships, and grow earnings through homeowners and health products.

The role offers comprehensive training, licensing support, a strong incentive plan with commissions, and a benefits package. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property/Casualty preferred; company will support obtaining one.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service is required or highly valued.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Build Relationships and expand opportunities for auto, homeowners, or health insurance.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help clients choose appropriate insurance products.
