Confie is seeking an Insurance Agent in Napa, CA to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. You will also present homeowners and health insurance options, while building lasting client relationships and earning commissions based on performance.

The role includes sign-on bonus opportunities, comprehensive paid training, ongoing mentorship, and a robust benefits package. No cold calling, inbound leads and walk-in traffic support success.

Qualificações

• Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus.
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to build lasting customer relationships and earn trust.
• Strong follow-up, organization, and multitasking skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Grow earnings by offering homeowners and health insurance when applicable.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system and ensure timely deposits.
• Establish rapport with clients and provide guidance to choose suitable products.
