Confie in Concord, CA is seeking an Insurance Agent (Sales, Customer Service) to grow nonstandard auto insurance business with inbound leads, walk-ins, and the opportunity to sell homeowners and health insurance.

This full-time role offers a pay range of $60,000 to $160,000 per year, with a sign-on bonus up to $4,000, comprehensive benefits, paid training, licensing, and ongoing mentorship. We value bilingual professionals who can build trust and excel in relationship selling.

Qualifications

• The Perfect Match includes bilingual English/Spanish and a background in sales or customer service.
• High School Diploma or GED is required, with a Property and Casualty license preferred and supported for attainment.

Responsibilities
