Your Role:

As a Commercial Insurance Agent, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate complex insurance needs while maintaining the agency’s commitment to excellence and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact, cultivating long-term relationships.
• Advisory Expertise: Understand client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
• Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on carrier offerings, guidelines, and regulatory changes.
• Claims Assistance: Facilitate efficient claim processes in collaboration with the account management team.
• Renewals and New Business: Manage and negotiate renewals, quotes, and pricing with carriers.
• Strategic Planning: Assist in creating and implementing coverage strategies to ensure optimal client satisfaction.

What You Bring:

• A P&C license (with the ability to obtain one for California)
• Proven experience in insurance sales or account management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivation and a proactive mindset
• High School Diploma or GED
