Job summary

Confie is seeking a Licensed Call Center Insurance Agent in Woodland, CA to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. This role features unlimited/uncapped commission and a strong inbound lead flow with paid training and licensing support.

You will grow earnings through auto, homeowners, and health insurance opportunities, and join a recognition-focused culture with a comprehensive benefits package and 401k retirement plan.

Qualifications

License: Personal Lines or Property and Casualty (P&C) license preferred; company will support licensing.
Bilingual skills in English and Spanish strong plus.
Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Drive growth by soliciting new business while maintaining relationships to meet sales goals.
Build relationships with customers and expand opportunities with auto, homeowners, or health insurance.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and deposits in the agency system.
Be a trusted advisor to help clients choose the best insurance products.
