• High School Diploma or GED.
• Licenses in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers.
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills.
• Ambitious professional motivated by advancement opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.
• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet production goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Account for currency transactions and ensure timely deposits with proper documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on which products best fit their needs.
