Confie is hiring an Insurance Agent in Texas City, TX to sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. The role features an opportunity for a sign-on bonus and uncapped commissions, with comprehensive training and a strong inbound/foot-traffic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma, English/Spanish bilingual abilities, and sales or customer service experience. Preference given to those with a P&C license and the ability to build lasting client

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Sales or customer service experience required.
• Ability to build relationships and follow-up with clients.

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current business levels to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Accurate handling of currency transactions and deposits with documentation.
• Educate and advise customers on products that fit their needs.

Skills

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Sales or customer service experience

Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking

Education
