Job summary

Confie in Houston, TX is hiring an Insurance Agent focused on selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers. This full-time role offers an inbound-led environment with no cold calling, generous commission, and a comprehensive training program.

You will build relationships, meet sales goals, and participate in a rewards program including benefits such as medical/dental/vision, a 401K plan, and mental health support. Bilingual preferred.

Qualifications

• License in Personal Lines or Property & Casualty preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Sales or customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to build relationships with sales customers
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to achieve or exceed sales production goals.
• Expand business by proactively building relationships with existing customers to meet production goals.
• Accurate accounting of all currency transactions and timely deposits to the bank with scanned documentation in agency management system.
• Connects quickly; educates and advises the customer on which products best fit their needs
