Shane Mason Insurance Agency Inc is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join our Plymouth, MN team. You will prospect, consult with clients, and sell auto, home, life, and business coverage while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota P&C and/or Life & Health license (or ability to obtain) required.
• Experience in insurance sales or financial services preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse client base.

• Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and state insurance regulations
