Qualifications
- Active Minnesota Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain).
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented in a commission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Consult with clients to assess life insurance and financial services needs
- Present and sell life insurance policies, annuities, and financial products tailored to client goals
- Maintain and grow an existing book of business through ongoing client follow-up
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and policy proposals
- Stay current on industry products, regulations, and market trends
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and performance goals
