We handle all marketing and lead generation internally, providing a consistent flow of qualified leads so you can focus entirely on selling and developing the skills you’ll need as an agency owner.

Required Qualifications

• Interest in a sales role that includes prospecting and meeting production goals.
• Willingness to obtain the required California insurance licenses.
• Fluency in English.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience or other customer-facing experience in areas such as retail sales, hospitality, automotive sales, banking, real estate, recruiting, or similar roles.
• Experience working in goal-driven environments, with demonstrated sales results and exposure to commission-based sales roles.
• Business development and leadership experience.
• Interest in future agency ownership.
• Insurance industry experience.
• Experience with phone-based sales conversations, handling objections, closing sales leads, and building customer relationships through follow-up.
• Existing insurance licenses.
• Fluency in Spanish.
