Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Middletown, NJ is seeking Insurance Sales Agents for an in-office role. You will identify client needs and propose appropriate insurance products across personal lines, small commercial, and life, while building strong community relationships to generate referrals.

The position offers a competitive base salary in the low to mid 40s plus uncapped commissions, with forecasted earnings of 60k–80k in year one, and a rich package of PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, and benefits.

Qualifications

• This is an in-office position. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Middletown, NJ location.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and Life License within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to learn new computer programs & multitask.

What we can offer you:

• A competitive base salary of $45,000 to $52,000, plus unlimited monthly commission opportunity
• This position is eligible to earn uncapped commission, with forecasted earning potential of $60,000 - $80,000 in the first year. Additionally, top performers may qualify for exclusive annual sales trips and other incentives.
