Job summary

AAA Club Alliance in Annapolis, MD is seeking Insurance Sales Agents to sell through multiple carriers and serve millions of AAA members, building a book with renewal income.

The role offers a competitive base salary plus unlimited, monthly commissions, uncapped earning potential (60k–80k first year), top-performer trips, PTO, holidays, a 401(k) with employer match, and comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, plus a free AAA membership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Ability to obtain Property & Casualty License and Life License within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to learn new computer programs & multitask.

What we can offer you:

• A competitive base salary of $45,000 to $52,000, plus unlimited monthly commission opportunity
• This position is eligible to earn uncapped commission, with forecasted earning potential of $60,000 - $80,000 in the first year. Additionally, top performers may qualify for exclusive annual sales trips and other incentives.
