Job summary

AAA Mid-Atlantic is seeking an in-office Insurance Sales Agent in Lawrenceville, NJ to identify customer needs and recommend insurance products across personal lines, small commercial and life segments.

You will build your book of business, develop leads, and maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters. Eligible for uncapped commissions with a forecasted first-year earnings of $60k-$80k alongside a base salary of $45k-$52k.

Qualifications

• This is an in-office position. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance from our Lawrenceville, NJ office.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales environment meeting set metrics.
• Experience in networking and prospecting to generate your own leads.
• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and Life License within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to learn new computer programs & multi-task.
• English and Spanish ability preferred but not required.

What we can offer you** : **

• The base compensation for this position is $45,000 to $52,000/year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law.

• This position is eligible to earn uncapped commission, with forecasted earning potential of $60,000 - $80,000 in the first year. Additionally, top performers may qualify for exclusive annual sales trips and other incentives.
