TEKsystems is seeking licensed Insurance Sales Agents to join its growing team in Flemington, NJ. This opportunity offers a base salary with a competitive commission structure, including the ability to earn on policy renewals, creating long-term income potential.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License in your home state.
• 2+ years of insurance sales experience (3-5 years preferred).
• Ability to obtain Life and/or additional required licenses within 60 days of hire.
• Proven success in sales, customer retention, or account management.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
• Multi-state licensing is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply for select locations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flemington, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
