Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking licensed Insurance Sales Agents for a contract-to-hire role based in Princeton, NJ. The position combines a stable base salary with uncapped commissions, including earnings on policy renewals, for long-term income potential. You'll sell and cross-sell personal insurance, build lasting client relationships, and stay current on products, trends, and regulatory requirements. Multistate licensing is a plus, and Spanish language skills are encouraged for select locations.

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty license in your home state.
  • 2+ years of insurance sales experience (3-5 years preferred).
  • Ability to obtain Life and/or additional required licenses within 60 days of hire.
  • Proven success in sales, customer retention, or account management.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
  • Multistate licensing is a plus.
  • Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply for select locations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Princeton, NJ.


Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.


Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
