Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to be the first contact for prospective members, selling insurance products and advising on coverage. You will maintain relationships with policyholders, quote renewals, and manage risk for members.

On-site in Fort Collins and at the Boulder Experience Center, you will handle proposals, track expirations, and stay current on industry trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' sales and customer service experience in insurance with a proven track record.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making to guide client risk choices.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Excellent relationship-building with internal stakeholders.
• Licensed: Property & Casualty and Life Insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first contact to prospective clients and offer insurance solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the insurance dept.
• Prepare proposals and follow up with members; maintain electronic files per regulations.
• Track policy expirations and provide future proposals.
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends, products, and policies.
