Job summary

Vertafore seeks a Senior Consultant for the MGA Professional Services team to lead complex SaaS implementations from kickoff to go-live. You will gather requirements, configure systems, manage data conversion, and deliver high-quality project outputs across teams and stakeholders.

You will mentor others, drive process improvements, and stay aligned with client objectives and industry best practices to maximize software value and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience as a Consultant in MGA insurance, and in a Professional Services organization.
• Strong knowledge of insurance business practices and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to user acceptance testing and training.
• Perform data conversion, deliverables authoring, and configuration consulting throughout projects.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders to align objectives with PS goals.
• Develop statements of work (SOWs) and provide clear project communications and risk management.
• Mentor junior consultants and stay current with industry trends and best practices.
