Job summary

Relation Insurance Services seeks a Risk Placement Coordinator to support insurance policy submissions and carrier communications. You will manage applications, gather loss runs, and help prepare market submissions with our team to ensure timely, accurate placement.

You will maintain documentation in AMS and ImageRight, stay current on industry updates, and adopt innovative tools to deliver high-quality client service while complying with relevant laws and internal processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Property and Casualty license required and maintained.
• Minimum 3 years of entry-level customer service or account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and manages applications, BOR letters for carrier submission.
• Gathers required documents and compiles quotes for client proposals.
• Supports marketing and placement activities with market submissions.
• Maintains documentation in AMS and ImageRight for compliance.
• Handles policy renewals and updates marketing spreadsheets.
• Stays informed on industry trends and carrier updates.
