Relation Insurance Inc. seeks a Risk Placement Coordinator to support policy placement, marketing, and documentation. You will coordinate submissions, gather underwriting data, and liaise with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate responses.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, familiarity with AMS/ImageRight, and proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on compliance and client service excellence.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A Property and Casualty license must be held and kept current.
• At least 3 years of entry-level customer service or account management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance industry practices and terminology is preferred.
• Experience with AMS and ImageRight is advantageous; strong MS Office skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage applications, BOR letters, and broker submissions.
• Coordinate with Sales and Service to gather required information and respond to carriers.
• Support marketing and placement activities and compile market submissions.
• Collect loss runs, supplemental apps, and financial statements for proposals.
• Maintain documentation in AMS and ImageRight and assist with policy renewals.
