• 8+ years in governance, oversight, controls, compliance, risk management or related disciplines within financial services.
• Experience building or leading governance/oversight frameworks and monitoring programs.
• Senior contributor with influence across large, matrixed organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead second-line oversight across Business Banking Insurance activities.
• Oversee carrier relationships and third-party arrangements with governance.
• Design and maintain risk indicators and monitoring routines for key themes.
• Establish reporting frameworks, escalation criteria, and governance forums.
• Drive issue-management practices and remediation governance.
• Advance governance capabilities to support growth and evolving risk profiles.
• Set risk expectations for emerging products and fraud risk initiatives.
• Provide credible challenge and independent perspectives on complex initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance and Controls.
• Represent Business Banking Risk in governance forums, audits, and reviews.
• Translate risk topics into pragmatic, scalable actions for senior audiences.
