Job summary

Addison Group is actively seeking a seasoned corporate insurance professional to join our Denver-based team. You will own the renewal lifecycle, coordinate with brokers, carriers and underwriters, and analyze coverage and risk transfer strategies to support leadership decisions.

You will also oversee claims, craft executive-ready presentations, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, Operations, HR and Safety to optimize programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, Insurance or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in corporate insurance, risk management or related field.
• Hands-on experience managing corporate insurance programs and renewals.
• Experience managing or overseeing insurance claims.
• Experience working with brokers, carriers and/or underwriters.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage and risk transfer.
• Advanced Excel skills to develop reporting and dashboards.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple processes, deadlines and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the annual corporate insurance renewal process from start to finish.
• Manage relationships with brokers, carriers, underwriters and adjusters.
• Analyze insurance coverage, exposures and risk-transfer strategies.
• Manage and oversee claims from initiation through resolution.
• Prepare clear, executive-ready insurance and risk presentations.
• Manage letters of credit, surety bonds and guarantees.
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Operations, HR and Safety.
• Monitor insurance programs, claims activity and related financial exposure.
• Develop reporting, dashboards and analytics to support risk-management decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls and risk-transfer strategies.
• Communicate recommendations and complex insurance concepts effectively to leadership.
