Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc. is seeking an Associate, Insurance & Risk Management to support enterprise P&C, SDI, surety, and captive programs. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will handle day-to-day administration and assist operations, finance, and legal teams.

The ideal candidate has a foundation in P&C insurance, an interest in the construction industry, and a desire to grow into a well-rounded risk management professional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property & casualty (P&C) insurance concepts.
• Experience with COIs, surety, and risk transfer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise-wide P&C programs (GL, WC, auto, property, umbrella, professional).
• Assist renewals with data gathering and submissions; compare coverage & pricing options.
• Review policies, endorsements, and binders; maintain policy records.
• Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and loss control consultants.
• Prepare bond requests and assist surety underwriting reviews.
• Support captive regulatory filings and actuarial data where needed.
• Review contracts for insurance & surety requirements; escalate non-standard terms.
