Job summary

Lockton Northeast is seeking an entry-level Risk Analyst, ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of property and casualty insurance experience. The Analyst serves as the primary service contact for an assigned book of business and builds strong relationships with clients, carriers, and Lockton teams.

As part of the Career Foundations Program, you will receive technical and practical training to develop your career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related program preferred or equivalent education and/or experience required.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and document communications, existing issues, and issue resolutions.
• Set up accounts and review plan details with client and carrier for new lines of coverage.
• Provide client service aligned with Lockton Northeast processes and protocols.
• Gather exposure information from the client, including loss-run schedules and stratifications.
• Request and secure quotes from carriers.
• Audit, quote, binders, endorsements and requests for changes as needed.
• Follow up for policies and ensure completion of policy checks.
• Update specifications, applications, and summary information to reflect changes during the year.
• Inform clients of any changes that may affect premiums or coverage.
• Create and send compliance communications as needed.
• Prepare renewal/engagement documents (Renewal Strategy, Stewardship, and Renewal Presentations).
