Abbie Davis Tanner Agency, Inc. is seeking a motivated Risk Advisor to help individuals, families, and businesses find insurance solutions that fit their needs. This relationship-driven sales role educates clients and uncovers opportunities across 100+ top-rated carriers.

You will build trusted relationships, tailor insurance programs, and guide clients through options while maintaining a strong, organized sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
• Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and virtual channels.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Prepare quotes across multiple carriers and explain coverage options clearly.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Conduct policy reviews to identify opportunities for additional protection.
• Educate clients on coverage options and answer insurance-related questions.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
