Abbie Davis Tanner Agency is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist who excels at delivering exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships and identifying additional insurance solutions for clients.

You’ll assist with policy questions, coverage updates, and claims support, while proactively uncovering opportunities to strengthen each client’s protection across multiple carriers.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, team-first attitude with a desire to learn.
• Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, responsive service to clients by phone, email, and virtual communication
• Assist with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, and coverage updates
• Conduct policy reviews to identify gaps in coverage and recommend additional products
• Prepare quotes for new and existing clients across multiple insurance carriers
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain accurate documentation
• Build long-term relationships through proactive communication and personalized service
• Support clients throughout the claims process when needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience
