GURR BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION LLC in Fort Smith, AR is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager focused on insurance restoration. You will lead subcontractors, coordinate schedules, review scopes, and oversee field operations to ensure safety, quality, and profitability across multiple active rebuild sites.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
• Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle.
• Preferred: Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.

• Subcontractor Coordination: Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential rebuild sites.
• Scope Execution: Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
• Field Inspections & CX: Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.
