Job summary

Midwest Remediation in Indianapolis, IN seeks a full-time Restoration and Remediation Project Manager to oversee insurance-based rebuild projects (fire, water, disaster restoration). You will review estimates, budgets, and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency before work begins.

You will lead a working subcontractor base across trades, use CRM systems and project management software, track job costing, and drive each phase with precision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction and project management.
• Experience in restoration/remediation with insurance rebuilds.
• Experience managing $2M+ in projects annually.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 25lbs+

Responsibilities

• Oversee restoration and remediation projects from start to finish.
• Review estimates, budgets, and schedules using work orders and Gantt charts.
• Lead subcontractors across carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting.
• Maintain job files, track costing, and ensure on-schedule progress.
• Interact with clients and insurance reps to manage expectations.
