Job summary

Integrated Restoration is seeking an experienced Estimator to own the creation of complete, defendable scopes for insurance restoration projects. You will write Xactimate estimates for water, fire, mold, and reconstruction, and negotiate with adjusters to obtain full approvals and supplements as needed.

You will manage your workflow, track supplements, ensure XactAnalysis SLA compliance, and collaborate with PMs to align costs with approved scopes while building strong adjuster relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of estimating experience in insurance restoration.
• Xactimate proficiency: build complete scopes independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and write complete, defensible Xactimate estimates for water, fire, mold, and reconstruction losses.
• Negotiate scope and pricing with adjusters to secure fair, full approval—and supplement what’s incomplete.
• Manage own workflow: estimate submissions, supplement tracking, adjuster follow-up, and XactAnalysis SLA compliance.
• Build project budgets that translate approved scope into cost targets PMs can execute against.
• Collaborate with PMs to identify scope deviations and change orders as jobs unfold.
