Responsibilities

• Serves as the first point of contact for quoting, online binding support, and service issues.
• Assists agents with carrier information and general procedures.
• Prepares and releases coverage and premium financing quotes.
• Processes policy information including issuance of certificates.
• Orders inspections as requested.
• Escalates complex issues to subject matter experts.
• May develop role-specific standard work and mentor teammates.
