This role requires solid insurance knowledge, strong PC skills, and excellent written and verbal communication. Travel up to 5% is required, with hourly pay of $25.00–$31.88.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-driven solutions in insurance or brokerage services.
• Proficiency with PC software applications (Office suite, web tools).
• Understanding of policy processing terms and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for quoting, binding support, and policy issues.
• Assist agents with carrier information and general processes and procedures.
• Prepare coverage and premium financing quotes.
• Process policy information including issuance of certificates.
• Escalate complex issues to subject matter experts.
