Hagerty Insurance Agency seeks an Insurance Product Resolution Analyst to audit new product changes and support regulatory audits. You will write SQL queries, develop automation using AutoIt, and coordinate with Product, Compliance, IT, and Billing to ensure post-release accuracy and resolve issues quickly.
You will translate incomplete business requests into technical requirements, maintain data quality, and contribute to SOX/compliance processes while working in a remote-enabled environment.

As an Insurance Product Resolution Analyst, you'll be responsible for executing audits specific to new product and/or regulatory changes as well as supporting DOI and Carrier audits. This individual will work with the teams responsible for product and compliance development as well as the Product Implementation team responsible for product system configuration to ensure accuracy of all jobs post release by performing production audits.
Success in this role is achieved by a strong focus on finding errors that may require recall and assisting in those recall efforts.
This position is open to U.S. remote work. However, team members who reside within 20 miles of the Traverse City headquarters will follow a hybrid schedule, working from the office three days per week. Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
