Job summary

AAA Auto Club Enterprises in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Product-Program Management Analyst to oversee development and management of insurance products and programs. You will monitor profitability, retention, and growth, and report progress to Product Managers and senior management.

The role requires a four-year degree in a relevant field, analytical experience in program management or insurance, and practical skills in data analysis, strategic planning, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in marketing, business, management, finance, quantitative or technical field.
• Prior analytical experience in program management, finance, insurance or related area.
• Prior product management, product development or related experience preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in one or more key insurance operations such as Actuarial, Claims, Insurance Sales, Insurance Service or Underwriting preferred.
• Ability to compile, analyze and interpret statistical data.
• Strategic thinking and transforming strategy into actionable plans.
• Experience defining and leading implementation of new processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of AAA products and operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and integration of multiple project activities across functions and divisions.
• Make recommendations and implement changes to meet Club goals and objectives.
• Guide people and impact results within and outside the organization.
• Perform complex analyses to assess competitive landscape and product performance.
• Prepare reports on findings and recommendations for Executives.
