Job summary

Authentic in New York is seeking an entry-level Insurance Product Analyst to join our team. You will work at the intersection of actuarial product development and program configuration, supporting rate indications, pricing, and regulatory filings in SERFF, and translating rate changes into live configurations in our PAS.

You will collaborate with senior actuaries and program developers, learn quickly, and grow into ownership of builds and filings, with exposure to both actuarial and technical

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; training provided across actuarial, filing, and configuration work
• Strong project management, communication, and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new tools and platforms; curiosity is valued
• Excellent Excel skills are a plus
• Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Actuarial & Filing: support senior actuaries with loss analysis and data review; assist with rate indications and pricing; help with state filings in SERFF; maintain filing docs and data; perform regulatory research; assist with actuarial analyses.
• Program Build & Configuration: translate actuarial rate development into PAS configurations; handle endorsements, class mappings, and form attachments; use GitHub to implement changes; support builds with QA testing in staging; aid in bug fixes and basic components of programs.
