Your Role :

As an Insurance Product Analyst IV, you will be a strategic leader, serving as a voice of results to the broader organization and distribution partners. Success requires strong analytical, strategic abilities, relationship-building, and business acumen. Your daily tasks will involve strategizing and data utilization to drive action, with support from leadership to innovate and approach opportunities creatively in this high-visibility role.

• Understand and communicate the overall performance and strategy of personal lines auto and property products in your assigned markets.
• Deliver effective presentations to internal and external stakeholders, adapting content as needed.
• Prepare materials and shape agendas for executive meetings to facilitate key business decisions.
• Assess market risks and opportunities, evaluate solutions, and use data insights to influence executive decisions.
• Partner cross-functionally with divisions such as Marketing, Actuarial, and Finance to support organizational goals.
• Lead the analyst community by providing guidance, mentorship, and leading strategic analysis and team planning.
• Forecast and communicate progress towards budgets; influence strategies to meet financial and membership goals for all personal lines products.
• Lead complex analyses to develop actionable recommendations for growth and profitability.
• Utilize tools like SQL, Excel, Essbase, Snowflake, PowerBI, Python for data analysis.
• Some travel may be required for relationship-building opportunities.

Required Experience, Education, and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or related field.
• 8+ years of analytical experience in the industry; experience across multiple functions preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic, and analysis techniques, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use data to inspire action, with excellent analytic, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance.
• Strong business acumen, with knowledge of P&C insurance products, pricing, underwriting, and product management.
• Ability to lead teams, structure analyses, and interpret laws and regulations.
• Experience in budget forecasting, change management, and project management.

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-2 years of leadership and mentoring experience.
• MBA, CPCU, or Actuarial designations preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, respect for diversity, and ability to foster an inclusive environment.
• Ability to translate enterprise strategy into team goals, demonstrate ownership mindset, and travel as needed.
