Competenze

• Strong communication skills and an ability to connect with people.
• Previous customer-facing experience is welcome but not required.
• Comfort with digital tools and computer software.

Mansioni

• Complete the required state licensing courses for Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
• Shadow experienced agents to learn risk assessment and coverage recommendations.
• Connect with local residents to understand goals and help them feel secure about their futures.
• Participate in training sessions to master insurance products and coverage options.
• Assist with office organization and client coordination to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Articulate the value of insurance products in clear, client-friendly terms.
