The role emphasizes building relationships with real estate partners and insurance referrals while adhering to underwriting and compliance requirements.

The ideal candidate is bilingual, eager to learn, self-motivated, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Must be willing to learn, coachable, and resourceful.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a career-minded vision.
• Excellent spelling and grammar; strong business writing.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Property & Casualty license is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is beneficial.
• No prior insurance experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers.
• Ask customers for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Cross-sell opportunities including financial products.
• Follow underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Prospect and generate new business through leads and referrals.
• Call prospective customers using VOIP, dialers, and internet tools.
• Grow sales revenue via phone, email and client lists.
