Monica Fernandez-Farmers Insurance Agency in Edinburg, Texas, is seeking a full-time Producer / LSP to deliver exceptional service, develop new business, and close insurance quotes. The role emphasizes meeting production goals, building relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and dealerships, and using scripts for promotions.

The ideal candidate has prior sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, bilingual environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn and be coachable.
• Licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health preferred or in process.

Responsabilités

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
• Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
• Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management.
