The Martha Sanchez-Farmers Insurance Agency in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a customer-focused, energetic Full-Time Producer / LSP to join our team. You will provide exceptional service, develop quotes, present options, and convert leads into sales while building long-term client relationships.

You'll receive hands-on training, a Mon-Fri schedule, and a compensation package that includes base salary plus commissions, PTO, and growth opportunities through mentorship with an established agent.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required.
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to build relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives.
• Develop insurance quotes, give sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Handle incoming claim calls from customers and follow-up.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
